The Indian stock market, including the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE), is closed today, April 10, 2025, on account of Mahavir Jayanti.
There will be no trading in the equity, derivatives, and currency markets today. The stock market holiday applies to all segments, including intraday and futures trading.
Normal trading at the BSE and NSE will resume on Friday, April 11, 2025, as per the regular market schedule.
The Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) will also remain closed for the morning session today (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). However, it will open for the evening session from 5:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
Investors are advised to take note of the stock market holiday and plan their trading activities accordingly. The next trading session will be on April 11, 2025.
