Xiaomi has officially unveiled its latest wearable — the Redmi Watch Move — a budget-friendly smartwatch made in India. Priced aggressively at ₹1,999, the device brings premium features like an AMOLED display, over 140 workout modes, and Bluetooth calling support, all while being designed and manufactured locally.
With the Redmi Watch Move, Xiaomi strengthens its “Make in India” push by delivering a product tailored to Indian consumers both in price and functionality. The smartwatch is manufactured in India and will be available directly via Mi.com and partner platforms.
The Redmi Watch Move will be available for pre-order starting April 24, 2025, and open sales begin on May 1, 2025. Customers can purchase it via Mi.com, Flipkart, and Xiaomi’s official retail stores across India.
This launch is part of Xiaomi's broader strategy to localize manufacturing and offer high-value devices tailored to Indian market needs. By packing high-demand features like AMOLED displays, long battery life, and Bluetooth calling at a sub-₹2,000 price point, the Redmi Watch Move could disrupt the entry-level wearable segment.
Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast, casual user, or just looking for a stylish and affordable smartwatch, the Redmi Watch Move checks all the boxes. With a focus on health, design, and price, Xiaomi’s latest wearable could very well become a top-seller in the Indian smartwatch space.
